Careers Service at Harlington

Harlington Upper School Careers Service (CEIAG) are members of the Careers Development Institute (CDI) and follow the CDI Code of Ethics.  The team consists of two qualified Careers Advisors.

Whether you are a student who is keen to secure a higher apprenticeship or school leaver programme or apply to a leading University, the CEIAG 

team are available to offer impartial solution focused careers guidance meetings.

We pride ourselves on our person centred and action planning approach and recognise the importance of evaluating and reviewing our provision so we are meeting the needs of our students and their families.

You can ask your form tutor or parent to arrange an appointment or alternatively visit SF6/SF7 and speak to a team member.

Year 9 and Year 11 are two of the most important stages in a student’s education.  Help your child/ward make the right decisions for their future options.


As part of Personal Development Lessons, students in year 9 and year 11 will be given a booklet to complete.

Support your child/ward to complete each section so they are confident and motivated about their future
